Radiant Heating cables are warrantied for a period of 10-years from date of installation.
This warranty covers cable failures or manufacturing fault, but is invalid if the product has been misused or found to be damaged by other trades.
The warranty covers the cost of specialist fault finding and repair, plus a ‘reasonable’ labour cost for replacement of any tiles necessary. We strongly recommend that you keep a few spare tiles as a precaution.
In the unlikely event that a fault cannot be traced and repaired, we reserve the right to offer a refund equivalent to the original purchase price including installation.
Thermostat controllers are warrantied in accordance with the manufacturer (currently a 2-year replacement warranty). In the unlikely event that a thermostat should develop a fault outside of the 2-year manufacturers’ warranty, Radiant Floor Heating may, at its discretion, replace the unit Free of Charge for a period of a further 3 years. After a period of 5-years all warranties are considered expired and any replacement would be chargeable at current pricing.
