Chevron Head Office Perth

Oil and gas giant Chevron have recently completed and moved into their new WA headquarters at a cost of $360 million.

The new building at Elizabeth Quay has been designed with workforce health and wellness in mind and is targeting WELL Gold Certification.

The design includes a two-level basement, a 29-level office building and an integrated three-level podium. Other facilities include a gym, childcare, food and beverage outlets, conference facilities and state of the art end of trip facilities.

The premium grade tower will be a highlight of Perth’s city skyline and will feature exceptional views of the Swan River, Supreme Court Gardens and Langley Park. The integration of retail and public space will provide the wider Perth community with a lively new commercial area. 

The building has been designed to achieve leading sustainability ratings including 5 Star NABERS and Green Star ratings. 

As such Radiant were approached to supply & install Underfloor Heating to the reception area of their foyer. Ensuring that the staff were comfortable throughout the year.
